I've owned 3 jack rabbits since 2007 and the one who we've now will probably be my last. my first one was great! but eventually the cord came out. i quickly bought one more plus it only last 4ish uses. i'm still not sure how it happened... e-mail, i really enjoy seeing, i got myself another. is it doesn't "newer" model perhaps and in addition they reconfigured the control pack, which i HATE. it kept flipping on if something hit the dials, so i started using the batteries out (that you just ought to do anyways as this sucker DRAINS them). the control pack also doesn't support the batteries in fine. and i also know this is type of lame, however it is seriously annoying to need to put the batteries in each and every. single. time. lastly, i ran across this model was not as strong as the other 2 i owned before. it's pretty weak. anyways, i have 3 stars as a result of doozy i had created for nearly four years.
