I ordered this via Amazon. It absolutely was delivered in a regular Amazon box, very discreet. The package was at a white plastic bag within the box. It is consisting of a soft material that provides if you squeeze it. It is about 4 1/2 inches long. It's got three ridges of graduating sizes. The highest ridge is 4 1/2 inches in circumference, the second ridge is approximately 4 3/4 inches in circumference and at the beds base it really is 5 1/2 inches in circumference. It is rather quiet. I think it is usually shaped kinda weird and quite short. The vibrations usually are not earth shaking. It didn't do much for external stimulation either.
